Today's Idea

This is my first post and i will do my best.
Some days ago i liked the idea of streaming while i am playing games. I searched which program to use and i found xsplit.
I made all the settings on my xsplit but i had one problem. I wanted to be heard only my game sound and not the sound of skype. So i searched a lot and i found the easiest way to exclude any audio off you stream. You can also do this in programs like fraps etc.
Let's start:

1.First of all you must download Virtual Audio Cable from here
2. The program is trial for the full version you must pay. Now click Download and purchase and you should see this:
3. After download it there files are compressed in rar. Extract the files in folder. Open the folder and it should be like this:

4. Now there is a trick on how to install this program because it installs drivers which are not digitally verified. We must disable it so windows can install. Open cmd as administrator.
Those who don't know how to run cmd:




Run it as administrator

5. Once you open cmd type this command bcdedit /set nointegritychecks ON .This will disable driver verification.


 Now press enter and you should get this message





6. RESTART you pc and we are ready to go.

7. Now install the VAC that we dowloaded before and install the X32 or X64 depended on the windows version

8. Now go to start all programs and go to VAC and open CONTROL PANEL and set this to 2 and click set and then press exit.


9. After doing this go to you contro panel --> Hardware and Soind --> Sound

10. You should see two lines like the picture. Click line 1 and and then click Set Deafault



11. Now go to the Recording tab and click again the line 1 and click Properties




12.  After you clicked properties go to listen tab and tick the listen to the device box and then go to Playback trough this device and select line 2




 13. Now close it and at the recording tab step 11 choose the line 2 and then press Properties. Go again at he lsiten tab and check the listen to this device box and then set Playback trough this device to your sound card.

14.Now will make our communication program not to listen to the stream or fraps etc. I will use skype but you can do it to teamspeak and other similar devices. Open your skype and go to call --> Audio settings and set your speakers output to Line 2







15. Now go to xsplit or fraps. I will give an example with xsplit. You just mute your mic to xsplit and only your game sound will go through your stream.
